Fu Zi — Prepared Aconite Root (Aconitum carmichaelii)

The primary Yang-warming herb in Chinese medicine. Strongly warms Ming Men (Gate of Life Fire), dispels cold, and invigorates Yang of all organs.

Rou Gui — Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum cassia)
